Our Story

Elias Mejia has always had a deep love for the art of sushi making. With more than 10 years in the industry, he honed his skills and perfected his craft, dreaming of one day opening his own restaurant. That dream started to become a reality with MAKI MOVE, a sushi food truck that allows Elias to share his culinary creations with the vibrant community of Seattle.
